Strengthening Hands Services is a social work-led organization providing professional, person-centred support. Our practice is trauma-informed, person-centred, strengths-based, family-focused, and culturally responsive. 4. Mental Health & Wellbeing
Compassionate, non-judgemental, and recovery-oriented support for people navigating emotional wellbeing and psychosocial challenges.
Key Focus: Wellbeing planning, coping strategies, social connection, self-advocacy, and NDIS Psychosocial Recovery Coaching.
5. Children, Young People & Families
Supporting children, youth, and families to strengthen relationships, wellbeing, safety, and resilience through life’s challenges and transitions.

Accessing Our Services
Our services are available to NDIS participants (Plan Managed, Self Managed, or Agency Managed) as well as individuals and families seeking support outside the NDIS through fee-for-service or other community pathways. We collaborate closely with self-referrers, families, Support Coordinators, allied health professionals, and community agencies.
